I am going to be straight with you. I take a limited number of weddings each year on purpose. I do not want to be the photographer who is burnt out by October. I want to show up to your day fully present, genuinely excited, and ready to give you everything I have got.

You will hear from me. You will not be wondering what is going on. We will work through your timeline together, I will give you my honest opinion when you ask for it, and I will hype you up when you need it. Think of me less like a vendor and more like that friend who also happens to be really good at photography.

Let me just say this upfront: I am not going to show up to your wedding and treat it like a job. I have been in the room for some of the most tender, hilarious, chaotic, and beautiful moments of people's lives, and every single time I walk away thinking the same thing. This stuff matters. Your people matter. The way your dad looks at you when you walk in matters. The way your person laughs when they see you for the first time matters. I'm not going to miss it.
